Job scopes: 1. Prepare, review and manage full set of financial reports for Thailand, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and ground standards. Provide transactional support for Thailand operations. 2. Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly financial reports with group reporting timelines and requirements. 3. Provide financial analysis and decision support to Managing Director to support operational performance, budgeting and strategic decisions making. 4. Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasting processes including coordination with internal stakeholders and consolidation of budget submission. 5. Liaise with external auditor and tax agent to ensure timely audit completion and tax filing compliance. 6. Coordinate with the company secretary on board resolutions, statutory filings, annual returns and other corporate governance matters. 7. Monitor, manage and optimise cash flow through effective budgeting, forecasting and expenditure control. Oversee account receivable and payable functions to maintain healthy and sustainable liquidity. 8. Participate in the annual year-end stocktake with external logistic provider, external auditor and supply chain team. Reconcile monthly inventory reports and validate data with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting. 9. Support to arrange salary payments and statutory payments before deadlines. About you: · Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting/financial management or professional qualification (e.g. ACCA/CPA) · Solid experience in ERP system (e.g. D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and managing full-set accounts and financial reporting · Strong understanding of local compliance, audit, and tax requirements · Commercially minded with the ability to provide insightful financial analysis · Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently · Strong stakeholder management skills across functions · Prior experience in distribution, trading or similar industries is an advantage · Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
