This permanent role will offer 1 day work from home with additional flexibility offered. Description Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to all stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. Manage cash flow and oversee financial risk management processes. Collaborate with all business stakeholders, including C-suite. Lead and mentor a small team. Monitor and improve internal financial controls and processes. Profile A successful Finance Manager should be able to demonstrate: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead, manage, and develop a team effectively. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Job Offer Salary of $150,000 - $160,000 plus superannuation, pending experience.
