Assistant Business Specialist (UiPath/RPA)

Overview Our client is a MNC company and they are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Assistant Business Specialist to join the team. This role involves automating processes, supporting business systems, and delivering impactful solutions. Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for RPA, identifying key areas for automation and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies and offer solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with existing automated solutions to maintain system integrity. Deliver user training and support to ensure successful adoption of new tools, systems, and functionalities. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to provide systems support and gather insights. Utilize Office 365 applications to develop and improve enterprise solutions. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new tools or technologies to optimize automation strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience with UIPath. Skills in C#, Python, SQL is an advantage Familiarity with Office 365 (O365) applications such as Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI, or a willingness to learn (experience with these tools is a plus). Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize business needs into automation opportunities. Experience in identifying and resolving issues within automated processes efficiently. Knowledge of business requirements gathering and solutions delivery. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse user groups. Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
