About the role We are seeking an MPF Service Officer to join AXA China Region Insurance Company Limited in a full-time capacity. Based in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District, this role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and support within our Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) business. As an MPF Service Officer, you will be the bridge between AXA and our clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive guidance, timely assistance and professional service throughout their MPF journey. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting our clients' retirement planning needs. Key responsibilities Respond promptly to client enquiries regarding MPF schemes, contributions, benefits and regulatory requirements Provide accurate and professional advice on MPF products, investment options and policy details Process MPF-related applications, transfers, withdrawals and administrative requests with precision and attention to detail Maintain comprehensive client records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards Liaise with internal departments to resolve client issues and escalate complex matters appropriately Keep abreast of MPF regulations, legislative changes and company policies to provide up-to-date guidance Prepare and present MPF information to clients, employers and intermediaries as required Contribute to the achievement of service level targets and client satisfaction objectives What we're looking for Minimum 2-3 years' experience in MPF services, insurance customer service or related financial services roles Strong knowledge of the Mandatory Provident Fund system, including contribution rules, investment options and regulatory requirements Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse clients Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client enquiries simultaneously whilst maintaining high service standards Strong organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management systems A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Preferably, relevant professional qualifications such as the International Unit Trust or MPF-related certifications What we offer At AXA China Region Insurance Company Limited, we are committed to supporting our employees' professional and personal development.
