Job description: (2-year fixed term contract with possibilities to extend contract or turn into permanent) Key Responsibilities Drive Global Sales & Premium Pricing: Achieve international sugar sales targets and secure strategic price premiums within the assigned overseas Direct Business markets. International Account Management: Nurture relationships with global B2B clients and key accounts while proactively prospecting and acquiring new international buyers. Export Sales Administration: Efficiently draft, review, and manage accurate cross-border sales contracts, addendums, and commercial export documentation in compliance with trade terms. Global Supply Planning & Delivery: Formulate monthly export sales plans and coordinate with supply chain logistics to ensure seamless product deliveries in strict adherence to contractual agreements. Cross-Border Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve international customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high service standards and long-term global client trust. Trade Finance & Credit Compliance: Oversee international credit terms, payment methods (e.g., L/C, T/T), and collections in strict alignment with company financial policies and risk management guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in International Sales, Export, Shipping, or Sales Coordination.
