Randstad is partnering with an industry leading developer builder to recruit an experienced Contracts Administrator for a $75 million apartment development in Brisbane's inner suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering high-quality projects valued up to $150 million, with an outstanding reputation for staff retention, career stability and project delivery. You'll join the project during the procurement phase, giving you the opportunity to be involved from day one and play a key role through Stage 1 and beyond across this long term, four stage development. The Role: An experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team in the procurement stage Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint Monthly budget management and reporting Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement, packaging and negotiation of subcontract packages through to final account Administer head contract and subcontract claims, variations, progress payments and correspondence Monthly budget management, forecasting and reporting Work closely with an experienced, well-resourced project team Experience/Qualifications Required: Degree qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline 3+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator on Australian commercial construction projects Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders How to apply: Click 'Apply' or contact Hayley Wilson, Principal Consultant - Engineering and Construction at hayley.wilson@randstad.com.au or call 0407 447 248 for more information.
