System Analyst

Key Responsibilities Review, interpret, and analyze business requirements provided by the Business Analyst team. Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, functional designs, and technical documentation. Identify system gaps, dependencies, integration points, potential impacts and required system behaviors. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners to refine and validate system design. Develop system flows, data mappings, API/interface specifications, and integration logic based on requirements. Conduct feasibility analysis and propose technical solutions that align with business objectives and IT standards. Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD), system configuration details, API/interface specifications, and other system documentation. Support development teams by clarifying requirements and addressing design-related inquiries during implementation. Work closely with QA teams to ensure complete understanding of system logic, scenarios, and expected behaviors by: Explaining system workflows, rules, and integration points Reviewing and validating QA test scenarios Ensuring full traceability between requirements and test coverage Supporting QA in defect analysis and clarification Collaborate with vendors and external teams on technical requirements, system behaviors, and integration needs. Ensure that proposed system designs comply with security, performance, and architectural guidelines. Assist in solution walkthroughs, documentation maintenance, and post-deployment support activities. Prepare User Guides for business users and internal teams. What do you need to have to be successful in this role? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields. Ability to translate business requirements into clear system specifications and functional designs. Strong understanding of system architecture concepts, data flows, APIs, and integration patterns. Solid grasp of SDLC processes, especially requirement translation and solution design. Familiarity with digital payment systems or willingness to learn rapidly. Experience preparing documentation such as: Functional Specification Documents (FSD) Integration/API specifications Data mapping documents System flow and use case diagrams Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and vendors.
