Assistant Manager - HRBP

We are looking for Assistant Engineer - HRBP We are representing a reputable Environmental and Water Treatment Solutions company with over 45 years of industry expertise in Thailand. The company is currently looking for a Human Resources professional to strengthen and support its HR team. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic HR advisor to management and department heads. Develop workforce planning strategies and support talent acquisition activities. Manage and enhance the Performance Management System. Foster positive employee relations and promote employee engagement. Support leadership development and employee development initiatives. Oversee Compensation & Benefits programs. Drive organizational change and strengthen company culture. Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources. At least 5 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager roles. Experience in engineering, project-based, or service-oriented businesses will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of labor laws, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, PDPA and HR Analytics. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
