Location: Rama II Area, Bangkok About the Role They are looking for an experienced Lawyer to provide practical legal support across the organization . In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to advise on legal and compliance matters, manage commercial contracts, and help minimize legal risks while supporting day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents. Support corporate governance and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Advise on employment-related matters and other legal issues affecting the business. Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and other business functions to identify legal risks and provide practical solutions. Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and other relevant parties when required. Assist in managing legal matters and represent the company in routine legal proceedings under a Power of Attorney, when assigned. Support legal initiatives that strengthen governance, compliance, and business operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law. 3–7 years of legal experience, preferably as an In-house Counsel. Valid Thai Lawyer License. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Good knowledge of corporate compliance, labor law, and commercial agreements. Experience supporting internal business functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
