Field Service Technician / Technical Service Engineer 📍 Location: Bangkok, Thailand 💼 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Field Service Technician / Technical Service Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of our Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) . Key Responsibilities Install, commission, test, and deliver Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) to customers. Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) to ensure optimal machine performance. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, sensor, networking, and software-related issues. Provide technical support to customers both on-site and remotely . Update machine software, firmware, and system configurations in accordance with company standards. Record maintenance activities, spare parts replacement, and prepare detailed service reports. Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and equipment required for field service operations. Collaborate with the Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve machine performance. Conduct basic operational and maintenance training for customers. Travel to customer sites within Bangkok and other provinces as required. Qualifications Educational background is flexible. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering , or a related field is preferred. Experience in servicing industrial equipment, vending machines, kiosks, automation systems, or electrical equipment is an advantage. Knowledge of electrical systems, sensors, motors, PLCs, or basic computer systems. Able to use computers and diagnostic software for troubleshooting and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field assignments. Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
