Client Relationship Executive / Account Executive (B2B - IT)

Key Responsibilities: Client advisor: Act as the primary contact and trusted partner for key corporate and potential clients Account retention: Nurture long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty Project liaison: Coordinate with project and operations team to resolve client inquiries or complaints smoothly Account growth: Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities for our Data Encryption solutions Client reviews: Schedule and lead regular performance meetings and presentations with existing and potential customers Sales support: Prepare professional proposals, budget estimations and maintain accurate CRM records Requirements: Education: Higher diploma or above in IT, Marketing or related disciplines Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B account management, preferable within the tech sector Languages: Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written) Skills : Outstanding communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills Traits: A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, customer-centric and passionate about the IT industry Benefits: 5-day work week Birthday Leave Medical Insurance Supportive & Energetic Environment Work-life Balance
