Location: Puchong, Selangor (Fully On-site) Employment Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract Key Responsibilities Conduct research and development (R&D) activities to design, prototype, and develop innovative AI solutions using emerging technologies. Build and enhance Generative AI applications involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and conversational AI systems. Design, develop, and optimize AI pipelines for information retrieval, knowledge management, and intelligent automation use cases. Develop AI-powered solutions capable of understanding user intent, managing conversations, and performing automated tasks through AI agents. Implement and improve NLP/NLU/NLG solutions such as text generation, information extraction, entity recognition, and conversational AI capabilities. Work with vector databases and indexing technologies to support efficient data retrieval and AI application performance. Fine-tune and optimize LLMs through prompt engineering and model improvement techniques based on business requirements. Collaborate with software engineering, product, and business teams to translate AI capabilities into practical and scalable solutions. Support technical pre-sales activities by engaging with customers, understanding business requirements, presenting AI solutions, conducting demonstrations, and preparing technical proposals. Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve AI solutions and capabilities. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, NLP, or related fields. Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in real-world environments. Strong experience with: Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Prompt Engineering Conversational AI / AI Agents Natural Language Processing (NLP) Strong programming skills in Python . Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks . Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, FAISS, or equivalent technologies . Experience building AI prototypes, proof-of-concepts (POCs), or R&D projects is highly preferred. Exposure to technical pre-sales, customer engagement, solution consulting, or AI solution demonstrations will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good command of English is required. Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency will be an advantage due to collaboration with the Hong Kong team. Why Join Us?
