Logistics Manager - Cold Chain Logistic Service Provider

This leadership role is responsible for managing logistic operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, service excellence, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This is a leadership role to foster the improvement of the logistics team, drive process optimisation, enhance warehouse and cold chain operations, and maintain QMS standards to support operational excellence. They are looking for an experienced Logistic Manager to join them. Client Details Our client is a well-established international freight forwarding and 3PL service provider. Description Collaborate closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics execution and strong business partnerships. Manage the day-to-day performance of warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring service levels and delivery targets are consistently achieved. Analyse operational performance metrics and provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to management. Guide, develop, and support operational teams to maintain a productive and high-performing work environment. Maintain adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. Identify and implement initiatives to improve warehouse productivity, storage utilisation, workflow efficiency, and temperature-controlled operations. Address operational and customer-related issues in a timely manner, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and service quality. Oversee quality assurance practices and ensure operational procedures align with established compliance and service standards. Profile Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 10 + years of experience in Logistics warehouse operation, with a minimum 5 years of management experience Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Strong analytical skills, sensitive to data Logistics systems or cold chain operations sector experience is a plus Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Highly fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English Ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions Job Offer Competitive package and strong career development opportunities.
