About the role We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our growing team at Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited. As a Database Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company's critical database systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and optimal performance. This full-time position is based in Samut Sakhon. What you'll be doing Design, implement, and maintain database systems to support business operations Monitor database performance and optimize system efficiency Perform database backup, recovery, and ensure data integrity Manage database security, access control, and system reliability Support troubleshooting and resolve database-related issues Collaborate with internal teams to support system and data requirements Maintain database documentation and follow best practices What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field Experience in database administration or related IT roles Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle or other relational databases Familiar with Linux / Unix / Windows Server environments Understanding of database backup, recovery, and security concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic communication skills in English If you are passionate about database management and are ready to contribute to the success of our organisation, we encourage you to apply now.
