Senior Accounting Executive (Account Receivable)

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Accounting Executive (Accounts Receivable) to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, ensuring timely billing, collections, customer account reconciliation, and accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to support healthy cash flow and maintain the company's financial integrity. Why Join PMX? Job Responsibilities Prepare customer invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documentation in a timely manner. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables. Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies professionally. Perform customer account reconciliations and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records. Prepare AR ageing reports and provide regular collection updates to management. Record customer receipts and ensure transactions are accurately posted into the accounting system. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Support cash flow forecasting by monitoring expected customer collections. Liaise with Project Teams, Commercial Teams, customers, auditors, tax agents, and internal departments on finance-related matters. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and operational efficiency. Perform any other duties assigned by senior management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting. Experience in customer billing, collections, account reconciliation, and cash application. Good understanding of Thai accounting standards, VAT, and withholding tax requirements. Proficiently and professionally communicate in English is a must. Experience using ERP/accounting systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good command of both written and spoken English. CPD (Continuing Professional Development) registration is preferred but optional. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience in construction, engineering, project-based industries, or Data Center projects will be an advantage.
