Manual Tester

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual Tester to support testing activities for banking and financial services clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong testing experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple testing assignments in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Execute and support manual testing activities across various projects. Prepare, review, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle. Participate in defect triage meetings and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues. Prepare and submit daily testing status reports. Develop training materials and documentation when required. Ensure testing deliverables meet project quality standards and timelines. Manage and support multiple testing projects concurrently. Requirements Proven experience in Manual Testing . Experience supporting clients within the Banking and Financial Services industry is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with: JIRA Confluence Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes. Ability to prepare comprehensive test documentation and reports. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Capable of handling pressure and managing 2 to 3 testing projects simultaneously .
