A strategic leadership role that drives operational excellence and supply chain performance across global business units. Lead transformation initiatives and support key business decisions through operational improvement and data-driven insights. Client Details Our client is a leading International Printing Manufacturer with operations across Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania. With a complex global supply chain and production network, they are seeking a strategic operations leader to drive business performance, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives across the group. Description Partnering with senior leadership to improve supply chain and operational performance across multiple business units Driving demand planning, production planning, inventory optimisation, and capacity management initiatives Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing continuous improvement projects Leading cross-functional transformation programs and stakeholder alignment across regions Developing performance metrics, operational KPIs, and business reporting frameworks Providing operational and strategic recommendations through data-driven analysis Supporting business planning and decision-making at a group level Profile Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, consulting, or project management Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, production planning, and operational workflows Proven track record in business improvement and project leadership Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change within a matrix environment Experience in manufacturing, printing, publishing, or related industries is advantageous Job Offer Regional and international exposure across multiple markets Strong career progression and leadership development opportunities Attractive remuneration package will be offered to suitable candidates To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
