Applicant with more experience will be considered for a Senior Position Immediate availability is an advantage Responsibilities Issuing quotations requests to suppliers, negotiating the price, developing the product and guarantee a fast and competitive response to the customers/head office key account people Inserting and filling quotations and sample orders in our system after having analyzed the consistency of information provided by the customers/head office purchase dept. Following up the production procedures with the suppliers keeping the client/head office purchase dept and our logistic dept informed about the delivery and in case of any issue. Providing the QC dept. with all the necessary information for the inspection, coming in help if any doubt arises. Monitoring and ensuring that all invoices/credit notes received from suppliers are correct before payment Coordinating with Shipping Department and updating customers/head office purchase dept. about status, and updating the Company system accordingly Carrying out eventual trips to suppliers and mainland production sites might be requested Reporting all the above mentioned activities to the Manager and keeping records and traceability Taking care of the responsibilities of the other members of the team assigned by manager for short or temporary periods due to the absence of the person in charge Benefits 5 days work Public Holiday 12-14 Day Annual Leave Medical insurance Attractive salary with performance bonus We offer attractive remuneration package with 5 days work, interested parties please send your CV with your last and expected salary information for application.
