Your role: Find and develop new manufacturing customers. Manage product samples, trials, approvals and repeat orders. Build relationships with factory owners, procurement and production teams. Achieve sales targets and maintain an active customer pipeline. We are looking for: 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in adhesives, chemicals or industrial products. Experience selling to manufacturers is strongly preferred. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Own transport and willing to travel. Independent, energetic and results-driven. Experience with PU, spray, contact or hot-melt adhesives—or customers in furniture, foam, mattress, panels, automotive or flooring—is an advantage.
