Employee Engagement & Culture Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities Design, plan, and implement Employee Engagement Activities that cover all target groups and align with the organization’s core values Develop and execute organizational culture strategies to promote a positive working environment and support business goals Manage effective internal communication through various channels such as Intranet, Newsletter, Email, Line OA, notice boards, and other communication activities Prepare an annual activity calendar related to employee engagement and organizational culture, including monitoring and evaluation Collect and analyze employee satisfaction survey data, and present recommendations for improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or other related fields At least 3 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, and Organizational Culture Experience in designing organizational activities, internal communication, and project management Understanding of employee engagement, organizational culture, internal communication, and change management Knowledge of employee engagement survey techniques such as Employee Satisfaction Survey or Pulse Survey Ability to design activities that create employee experience and engagement Ability to prepare reports, analyze employee behavioral data, and communicate strategically Welfare and Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Accident insurance Dental fee Provident fund Annual increase salary (Depend on individual & company's performance) Annual bonus (Depend on individual & company's performance) Vacation leave, Personal leave, Sick leave Annual health checks up Annual activities Work Location: Donmueang International Airport
