Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Finance teams to improve cost control and operational efficiency. Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning activities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting regulations. Assist with internal and external audits related to inventory and cost accounting. Participate in ERP implementation, system enhancement, and process improvement projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
