Job Responsibilities Administer employee compensation and benefits programs. Process and monitor government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and HMO enrollment. Prepare and communicate benefits information, policies, and updates to employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations related to compensation and benefits. Coordinate with benefit providers regarding enrollments, claims, and employee concerns. Ensure regular employees and qualified dependents receive their entitled benefits. Manage and monitor company-issued tools such as mobile phones and lines. Maintain good relationships with benefit providers and recommend the best employee benefit options. Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course. At least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits. Experience in handling Government-Mandated Benefits and HMO Administration is required. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
