Job Summary Responsible for supporting, enhancing, and governing SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO) solutions across the organization. Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders, global IT teams, external service providers, and application support teams to ensure application stability, business continuity, and successful delivery of IT initiatives. The incumbent will support SAP-related projects, manage application enhancements and integrations, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with Group IT standards and business requirements. This role also contributes to digital transformation initiatives and future SAP application roadmap activities. General Responsibilities Provide end-to-end support for SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO) modules Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions that align with business objectives and Group IT standards Configure, test, and support SAP MM processes Support SAP PI/PO interfaces, message mapping, monitoring and troubleshooting Investigate and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Coordinate with business users, functional teams, global IT teams and technical teams to deliver enhancements and projects Manage SAP change requests, testing activities (SIT/UAT), transport management, and deployment Prepare and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, support procedures, and provide user training when required Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, security controls, and application governance standards Support business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and application risk management activities Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Business Support and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, regional IT teams, and external partners Functional Skills and Knowledge Minimum 5 years of SAP application support, implementation, or consulting experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM and SAP PI/PO Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP applications and related technologies Hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, testing, support and process optimization Experience with SAP PI/PO Administration, interface design, message mapping, monitoring, troubleshooting and support Working knowledge of integration technologies including SQL, XML, IDoc, RFC, Web Services, and APIs Understanding of SAP integration with FI/CO, SD, PP and WM/EWM modules Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills. Good commands of both written and spoken English Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines Working Location: DKSH (Thailand) Limited, BTS Bang Chak
