About the Job Enable business growth through strategic HR and payroll administration. The HR & Payroll Officer ensures efficient people operations by managing recruitment, payroll, employee records, statutory compliance, and administrative functions that support a high-performing organization. Job Snapshot Employment Type: Full-time Work Setup: Onsite – Mandaluyong City Shift: Dayshift | Weekends Off Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 Key Responsibilities Ensure professional recruitment and screening processes for candidates, aligning their skills with approved positions. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with employment requirements and internal procedures. Facilitates and monitors all personnel movements (transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations). Timekeeping and monitoring of monthly attendance. Manage employee benefits such as HMO services and annual medical check-ups. Conduct company orientation programs and coordinate internal and external training. Maintain employee training records and review HR strategies for alignment with company objectives. Assist in organizational diagnosis and culture-building initiatives. Coordinate and monitor the timetable of performance appraisal activities Support management in drafting and implementing fair labor practices and policies. Assist in resolving disciplinary or grievance cases according to company policy and labor laws. Keep abreast of government regulations and processes and provide relevant updates to ensure the company is compliant with current labor laws and practices Coordinate facility reservations and manage company events Oversee office maintenance, janitorial services, waste disposal, and safety protocols Prepare payroll reports and statutory obligations on a timely basis Process employee benefits Update and maintain payroll records What We're Looking For ✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔ At least 2–3 years of experience in HR and payroll administration. ✔ Working knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, and government compliance. ✔ Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
