Job Description: Assist in managing social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Support the execution of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce operations to drive business growth. Assist in F & B brand development and executing marketing campaigns, public relations communications, CRM system and company events. Handle customer enquiries and feedback across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media), and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up. Simple graphic design jobs (e.g., banners, feeds, stories, and basic promotional materials) using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and AI tools. Handle artwork adaptations, including resizing, formatting, and updating existing marketing materials for various digital and print channels. Undertake general administrative tasks, including data entry, proofreading, internal reports, and document filing. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements: Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Marketing, Creative Design, Communications, or related disciplines, with 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B. The candidate with brand building experience is preferred. Good command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (able to handle basic design and resizing).
