Job Description: 1) Retail Operations: · Work closely with store teams and HQ to ensure smooth daily operations. · Manage stock movements including deliveries, returns, transfers, and replenishments. · Oversee day-to-day operations across outlets to assess operations, visual merchandising, and team performance. 2) Sales Performance: · Drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets and KPIs. · Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and store productivity. · Develop promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team. 3) People Management: · Provide coaching, training, and conduct staff performance reviews. · Recognize and reward staff performance to boost morale and retention. 4) Other Responsibilities · Prepare and present regular operational reports to management. · Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by top management. Job Requirements: · Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field. · Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, especially in fashion or apparel. · Must be available to work during weekends and public holidays as scheduled. · Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
