Responsibilities: Quality Management System (QMS) Develop, implement, and maintain the company's QMS in accordance with IATF 16949 and other relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage and coordinate all internal and external audits, including customer and thirdparty certification audits. Ensure that all quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records, are accurate, current, and accessible. Production and Process Control Oversee the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to ensure product quality from development through launch. Establish and monitor quality control instructions and control plans for all production processes. Lead efforts in root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for all non-conformances. Monitor key quality metrics such as defect rates, scrap levels, and first-pass yield to drive data-based process improvements. Supplier and Customer Relations Work closely with the Supplier to manage and improve supplier quality and reduce nonconforming incoming materials. Act as the primary customer interface for all quality-related issues, including complaints, warranty claims, and field feedback. Manage and investigate customer complaints, implementing containment actions and long-term countermeasures to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. Team Leadership and Development Lead, train, and mentor the quality team, including Quality Engineers, technicians, and inspectors. Foster a proactive, "right first time" mentality and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Conduct performance reviews for team members and support their professional development. Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality assurance within a high-volume manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role. Significant experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred. Proven experience in managing and implementing quality management systems, specifically IATF 16949. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is preferred. In-depth knowledge of core automotive quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and MSA (Measurement System Analysis). Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with familiarity with relevant software. Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys). Experience with internal and supplier auditing. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
