About the role An excellent opportunity to join a well established Chartered Accounting business with a diverse range of clients. Optima Partners is seeking experienced Bookkeepers to join our growing team in Osborne Park. As a full-time Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality bookkeeping services to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing The full spectrum of bookkeeing responsibilities including Accounts receivable and payable Payroll processing Bank reconciliations Preparation of BAS/PAYG and super obligations Reporting, either monthly or quarterly Liaising directly with clients regarding bookkeeping issues/questions Travel to client premises as required What we're looking for Experience with XERO and MYOB Experience in a professional accounting or bookkeeping practice in Australia (desirable) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Well developed communication and interpersonal skills· Confidence in building client relationships XERO Practice Manager experience would be highly regarded, but not essential What we offer At Optima Partners, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
