Senior Supply Executive (OEM & Production)

Responsibilities: Supply Planning & Procurement Own supply planning for own-brand products across NPD and replenishment. Ensure inventory availability for skincare and compound drugs, managing stock health and expiry risk. Plan inventory based on demand forecasts, sales plans, and consumption trends. OEM Factory & Cost Management Manage OEM factories and suppliers on production, MOQ, lead time, and delivery. Own factory readiness for launches and replenishment; manage supply risks and delays. Negotiate pricing and analyze COGS to support GP% improvement. Own Product & Cross-Functional Management Oversee supply across the full product lifecycle, from launch to replenishment. Align supply plans with Brand, Strategy, R&D, and Marketing teams to support NPD execution. Data & Systems Maintain accurate master data and monitor supply and inventory performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiation. Strong understanding of medical supplies and equipment, as well as healthcare industry regulations and standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
