E-Commerce Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Collect and supervising data loading (property information, photos..etc). Content management of the brand website and 3rd party websites. Responsible together with the marketing dept of maintaining and developing the brand website. This includes the coordinating of promotional updates, text updates and its translation in different languages. Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries. Assist in day to day management of campaigns, strategy, implementation and monitoring. Coordinate all website activity with 3rd party partners. Maintain up to date understanding of company products, rates, promotion and involvement in cross selling of these when required. Control rate parity through internet and reservation offices. Review your competitor’s rates / availability and be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of all competitor hotels. Positive communication of the hotel image to existing and potential customer at all times. Maximize occupancy and average rate of hotel through creative and selective online selling. Prepare a Monthly Report which includes trends in the industry / local market and analyses competitor’s sales and promotion efforts, forecast for all sales activities & production/conversion figures. Maintain a calendar allowing you to meet all established deadlines and sale planning for new Hop Inn Hotels. Other duties as assigned by management Qualification Bachelor degree in any fields At lease 2 years experience in Hotel E-Commerce or 3rd Party website Good at analyzed data skill
