Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Experience as an HR Associate, HR Coordinator, or similar role within an HR department is advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in dealing with personnel matters Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional employee support Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR-related issues Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
