IT Specialist – Business Partner

Mewaholeo Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist – Business Partner to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in developing a career in business analysis, enterprise systems, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with business users and senior IT Business Partners to support process improvements, reporting requirements, system enhancements, and technology adoption initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities Support business units in improving operational processes through technology solutions. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Assist in system enhancement, implementation, and testing activities. Support reporting and data analysis to facilitate business decision-making. Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities. Assist in user training and system adoption initiatives. Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve system-related issues. Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement projects. Ensure business needs are effectively translated into system and process improvements. Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, entrepreneurship or related disciplines. Exposure to Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools. Internship or project experience in IT, business operations, analytics, or digital transformation.
