Job Duties: Support the rollout of new and enhanced applications, including acceptance testing, program/system testing, and ongoing operational support Monitor external contractors providing system support and enhancement services, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Conduct detailed reviews of contractor deliverables to maintain high standards of accuracy, security, and efficiency.
