We are looking for an experienced and qualified Builder to join our growing Christchurch team. This is a hands-on role suited to a tradesperson who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and is comfortable managing projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities : Carrying out a wide range of residential building maintenance and repair work Completing renovations, alterations, and property improvement projects Assessing jobs and determining materials and labour requirements Managing your own jobs end-to-end Communicating with project managers, owners, and tenants regarding scheduling and timeframes Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety Managing stock, materials, and equipment in your work vehicle Working alongside various sub-trades on residential property maintenance projects What we're looking for : Qualified Builder with relevant trade certification Proven experience in residential construction, maintenance, and renovations Ability to work independently and stay organised Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Full NZ Driver Licence Reliable, professional, and motivated attitude Ability to build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and team members What We Offer : Competitive hourly rates Company vehicle and fuel card BYOD phone plan Supportive team environment Opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a reputable, growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
