Who are we looking for? Our new warehouse in Thailand is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and automated systems. We are seeking a fast learner who can implement best practices, drive process improvements, and help develop an efficient warehouse team in a newly established plant environment. What will you be doing? Receive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading docks. Verify the physical receipt against the actual billed quantity, select random samples, and verify package weights. Verify vendor invoices against company purchase orders and ensure that delivered products match the packing list or tax invoice. Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and print GRN labels. Forward GRNs to the Quality and Purchasing departments for approval and payment processing. Plan throughput activities for received inbound materials. Arrange stock and ensure proper storage based on material compatibility requirements. Receive returned materials from customers, if any, and provide the necessary information and supporting documents to the Sales team against the RMA (Return Material Authorization). Prepare delivery challans for stock transfers, job work, repairs, and returned materials. Plan customer dispatches and pick materials from the warehouse for daily shipments. Coordinate with transporters for loading activities. Be responsible for maintaining 5S standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse. Manage special equipment and report maintenance and repair requirements for warehouse equipment and facilities. Who are You? Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations. Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage. Experience in chemical, hazardous substance and dangerous goods handling Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Good command of English, with the ability to use it as a working language. Chinese language skills are an advantage. What competencies will you need? Familiar with the SAP system. Forklift operation certificate preferred but not required. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems. Open to learning new things and adapting to new challenges. Able to commute to the warehouse located at WHA Mega Logistics Center, Theparak Km.21. We understand that not all candidates may meet the requirements listed above.
