This position exists to provide manpower recruitment, selection and placement services including necessary administrative support functions such as report preparation, documentation, monitoring, and others required for regulatory compliance. a) Graduate of Behavioral Science or Psychology; b) Preferably with 6 months related work experience; Fresh graduates with similar OJT experience will be considered; c) Working knowledge on sourcing and interviewing applicants; d) Able to administer and profile psychological tests; e) Resourceful in sourcing applicants; f) Capable of strictly handling confidential information; g) Good presentation skills; h) Fast-learner; i) Above average written & oral communication skills
