Business Services Supervisor - Fully Remote

The Opportunity As a Business Services Supervisor, you'll manage your own client portfolio while reviewing work, mentoring junior accountants and working closely with the leadership team. This role offers an excellent balance of compliance, advisory and leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to continue progressing their career. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of business services and tax clients. Review financial statements, income tax returns and BAS. Provide tax planning and business advisory services. Assist clients with business structures and strategic tax matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Mentor and review the work of junior accountants. Work collaboratively with a well-established offshore team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Support workflow management and contribute to process improvements. About You CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion). 5+ years' Australian Public Practice experience. Strong technical knowledge across Business Services and Tax. Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior accountants. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive attitude and genuine interest in developing your advisory skills.
