Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and proactive Cybersecurity Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong communication abilities , and a proven track record in managing cybersecurity projects . The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of consulting, audit, and assessment services. This role requires a detail-oriented and open-minded individual with a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and the evolving threat landscape. You will work closely with clients to perform audits, identify security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement effective solutions to safeguard their information systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage cybersecurity consulting and audit engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Execute IT and security audits or assessment projects. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs. Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and actionable plans for clients. Participate in pre-sales activities such as client meetings, requirement scoping, proposal preparation, and solution positioning to support business development. Support the development and maintenance of document templates and related materials. Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity trends, standards, and evolving technologies to maintain cutting-edge expertise. Job Requirements: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or IT audit, with practical involvement in audits, assessments, and governance-related activities. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple engagements independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven client-facing experience with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively. Flexible, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic startup environment. Foundational understanding of information systems, cloud platforms, networking, and operating systems.
