Assistant Key Account Manager

The Assistant Key Account Manager oversees our company's relationships with important clients and is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers. Ensuring growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel, identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Key responsibilities: Identify key influences and decision-makers with customers and develop an action plan to deepen the relationship Monitor internal & external provision with granted budget thru distributors and provide updates and appropriate reporting procedures Deliver sales budget by leveraging strategic planning, structured execution, and involves creative business solution Identify issues on customers' ordering, updating the stock balance, and operation matters Lead & motivate distributors sales personnel with proper guidance Expand the relationships with existing and new customers Serve as the link of communication between key customers, internal team, and distributors Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Performs yearly sales activities calendar on assigned accounts and proceed negotiation Requirement: At least 3 years of relevant key accounts experience Minimum a Diploma or a Degree in Business Management Good analytical thinking and communication skill FMCG Industry is preferred
