Job Scope Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and project objectives are achieved. Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements, user stories, or development tasks; facilitate sprint planning and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, UX/UI, and Marketing. Monitor project progress, track development tasks, manage risks, adjust project timelines, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule. Leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve project planning, requirement documentation, meeting summaries, workflow management, and overall team efficiency. Coach and support the development team by providing technical guidance, overseeing development processes, reviewing QA test coverage, preparing project status reports for management, and driving continuous team improvement. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or Software Project Management. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic System Architecture concepts. Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, with a working knowledge of APIs, databases, client-server architecture, and networking concepts. Familiarity with or willingness to leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools) to improve project planning, documentation, and workflow efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
