About the role The HR Admin & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless, compliant, and high-quality employee experience from pre-employment through onboarding and ongoing HR administration. This role serves as the primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding while providing comprehensive HR and administrative support across the organization. Working closely with Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, Delivery, Operations, and client stakeholders, the HR Admin & Onboarding Specialist ensures employees are contractually aligned, operationally ready, and supported throughout their employment. The role also plays a critical part in maintaining HR records, coordinating payroll and timekeeping, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires under the Employer of Record (EOR) service model Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding logistics Conduct New Hire Orientation sessions covering company policies, culture, benefits, and expectations Explain employment contracts and answer employee questions regarding employment terms and company policies Deliver onboarding training on Sprout HRIS and other internal systems Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases Prepare and process HR documentation, including employment contracts, certifications, employee movement forms, notices, and HR correspondence Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment concerns Gather, validate, and prepare attendance, leave, overtime, and deduction data for payroll processing Ensure onboarding and HR processes comply with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in HR Administration, Employee Onboarding, or HR Operations Experience in a Shared Services, BPO, Outsourcing, or Employer of Record (EOR) environment is highly preferred Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, HR administration, payroll, and timekeeping processes Hands-on experience with Sprout HRIS or similar HR information systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and employees High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling employee information Benefits Fully remote work arrangement Paid leaves 13th Month Pay Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
