Senior Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities: Coordinate project timelines and provide administrative, clerical, and logistical support to ensure successful project execution Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on daily operations Provide professional administrative support and secretarial services Perform ad-hoc tasks as required Requirements: Diploma or above in any disciplines 3 to 5 years of experience in administration and project coordination Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willingness to work on public holidays and overtime as required Strong sense of responsibility Proficient in PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese Immediately available would be an advantage We offer attractive remuneration to successful candidates.
