E-commerce Specialist (Marketplace) 1 position Experience Level: 1 - 2 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and super detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online stores across multiple major marketplaces. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital storefronts, ensuring seamless product launches, flawless campaign executions, and high-converting product pages. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for data, and hands-on experience navigating platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amaze, Homepro, Central Online, and other we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Platform KAM Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Account Managers (KAMs) across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Central Online, etc. Coordinate closely with them to align on platform campaigns, negotiate exclusive slots, and unlock growth opportunities. Product Registration & Management: Accurately upload, update, and maintain product listings across all e-commerce channels. Utilize Excel bulk-upload templates for efficient and error-free mass updates. Content & Product Descriptions: Craft clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly product descriptions that highlight key features, specifications, and benefits to maximize conversion rates. Promotion & Campaign Setup: Execute promotional strategies by setting up discounts, vouchers, bundle deals, and free-gift campaigns. Double-check all setups to prevent pricing errors. Flash Sale Optimization: Actively manage, submit, and monitor Flash Sale slots and exclusive platform campaigns, leveraging your relationship with KAMs to maximize visibility and drive peak traffic. Creative Briefing & Artwork Coordination: Collaborate closely with the graphic design team. Write clear, detailed creative briefs for product imagery, promotional banners, and campaign assets. Data & Inventory Tracking: Regularly audit stores and use spreadsheet data to ensure all links work, images render correctly, inventory levels are accurate, and pricing strategies are aligned. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of proven experience managing operations on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Homepro, and Central Online. Relationship Management: Proven track record of communicating and collaborating effectively with platform KAMs to drive campaign success. Attention to Detail: Super detail-oriented. You are someone who spots a typo, a broken formula, or a pricing discrepancy from a mile away and takes pride in flawless execution. Strong Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (comfort with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation is highly preferred). You should be comfortable handling large datasets, mass upload templates, and pricing sheets without breaking the formatting. Platform Proficiency: Deep understanding of the backend tools, seller centers, and algorithmic nuances of major Thai and international e-commerce marketplaces. Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with external platform partners and internal creative teams.
