Assembly Supervisor (Chonburi Site)

Company Business: Plastic Injection Department: Production / Assembly Location: Phanthong, Chonburi (New Plant Setup) Job Description: Key Responsibilities 1. Assembly Operations Management Plan, control, and monitor assembly production to meet production schedules Manage assembly lines to achieve target Productivity Analyze and resolve line stoppages, bottlenecks, and downtime issues Coordinate closely with the Injection department to ensure smooth material flow 2. Lean Manufacturing Implement Lean principles such as Kaizen, 5S, line balancing, and waste reduction Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs Monitor KPIs and lead improvement projects 3. ESD Control Ensure proper implementation of ESD control systems in assembly areas Monitor ESD equipment such as wrist straps, ESD mats, and grounding systems Provide training to employees on ESD standards and compliance 4. Quality & Compliance Ensure assembly quality meets customer requirements Reduce defect, reject, and rework rates Support ISO / IATF compliance (if applicable) 2.5 Team Leadership Lead and manage Supervisors, Line Leaders, and Operators Optimize manpower planning according to production demand Develop team capabilities and promote a safety culture Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field At least 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastic injection or assembly operations.
