Job Description: Recruitment Strategy and Planning Regularly visit stores to directly gather needs from on-site staff and shop managers. Develop recruitment plans based on manpower requirements for each store and expansion plans. Execution of Recruitment Tasks Create job postings and collaborate with various media outlets and agents. Perform document screening, coordinate and conduct interviews, and compile evaluations. Present offer conditions, finalize recruitment, and manage onboarding procedures. Optimization of Recruitment Channels Plan and execute recruitment through multiple channels such as job ads, referral hires, social media, and joint briefings. Analyze recruitment costs and conversion rates to propose improvements. Promotion of Recruitment Brand Plan and manage recruitment events and company briefings. Create recruitment materials and content (Web, social media, videos, etc.). Build networks with schools, communities, and industry organizations. Enhancing Candidate Experience Design a consistent candidate experience from interviews to onboarding. Maintain relationships with candidates through feedback and follow-ups. Recruitment Data Analysis and Reporting Manage KPIs such as the number of applications, interview pass rate, recruitment rate, and retention rate. Share regular recruitment reports with management and other departments. Handling Irregular Situations Provide support for sudden tasks or specific projects. Collect data and conduct surveys based on requests from superiors. Other ad hoc duties. Requirements: Holder of high school diploma or higher qualification 3-5 years Practical recruitment experience (experience in the retail or service industries is welcomed), preferably with a track record of leading the recruitment of dozens of individuals annually. Interview and evaluation skills, data analysis abilities, and expertise in promotion and branding. Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications include Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English, Cantonese, Japanese (N2 or Above) and proficient Mandarin Candidate with less experience would be considered as Recruitment Officer
