Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize logistics solutions for domestic and international shipments. Coordinate transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery activities. Manage logistics service providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers. Monitor logistics costs, delivery schedules, and operational KPIs to improve efficiency. Develop transportation plans for oversized, heavy-lift, and project cargo shipments. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. Collaborate with procurement, project, engineering, and finance teams to support project execution. Conduct logistics risk assessments and develop contingency plans. Analyze logistics data and prepare reports to support management decision-making. Support contract negotiations with logistics vendors and service providers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes and supply chain operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or project logistics. Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs clearance procedures, and transportation management. Experience managing ocean freight, air freight, and multimodal transportation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional proficiency in English or Chinese; additional language skills are an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Experience in EPC, construction, data center, energy, or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of TISI、FORM E、 BOI import procedures, bonded warehouse operations, and duty exemption programs. Experience handling oversized cargo, modular equipment, or international project logistics.
