Business Development Manager (Cold Chain Logistics)

Job Summary: This position is to manage the cold chain business, strategy, planning, operation, costing and etc. The goal is to develop business and strengthen operation and service, revenue management and market expansion to reach new business opportunity pipelines. Key Responsibility: Develop, execute and oversee a cold chain business strategy that prioritize revenue growth for both domestic and container groups. Understand competitive landscape and market intelligence of cold chain business and extract insights for product development. Identify key competitors (existing cold chain logistics providers) Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sale solutions together with BDG. Develop Cold chain solutions/pricing/costing to ensure that customer requirements are met and pricing is competitive. Create operation strategies and jointly develop business development strategies with BDG to successfully reach new business opportunity pipelines. Support BDG in building and engage relationships with both new and existing customers, gauging their requirement and develop proposal to address customer needs. Qualification: Bachelor or above in Logistics, Business, Marketing, Finance or related fields. At least 3-5 years' experience in Cold Chain Logistics business development, sales, or key account management. Strong knowledge of cold chain transportation business, costing, pricing. Strong relationship with cold chain business alliances such as supermarkets, hospital, food processing industry and related fields Sufficient background in cold chain operation.
