About the Role We're looking for a hands-on and solutions-oriented IT Manager to lead the technology function throughout its pre-opening journey and ongoing resort operations. You will play a critical role in overseeing infrastructure, hospitality systems, cybersecurity, vendor management, and user support. You will work closely with resort leadership, Corporate Services, to ensure all systems are secure, reliable, fully integrated, and ready to support an exceptional guest and employee experience from day one. Key Responsibilities Pre-Opening Lead the resort's IT pre-opening plan, implementation timeline, testing, training, and operational readiness. Coordinate installation and commissioning of network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, servers, and related systems. Manage the implementation and integration of hospitality platforms, including PMS, POS, Finance, CRM, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Inventory, and other operational systems. Coordinate system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and departmental sign-off. Oversee IT asset procurement, deployment, tagging, and inventory management. Establish cybersecurity controls, backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity measures. Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and implementation partners. Ensure all systems, devices, connectivity, user accounts, and support arrangements are fully operational prior to opening. Resort Operations Lead day-to-day IT operations and user support across all departments. Ensure system availability, network reliability, security, and performance. Administer system access, permissions, integrations, and change controls. Monitor guest Wi-Fi and technology services to ensure a seamless guest experience. Manage cybersecurity, backups, incident response, and business continuity processes. Maintain IT assets, software licences, vendor contracts, and support agreements. Prepare IT reports, risk assessments, project updates, and improvement recommendations. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields. Minimum 4–6 years of progressive IT experience , ideally within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or multi-site operations. Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory, Assistant Manager, or IT leadership role. Experience independently managing or leading an on-property IT function. Strong experience with network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, cloud services, and user support. Experience implementing or supporting hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, CRS, Channel Manager, Finance, Inventory, CRM, or related platforms. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, access management, backups, disaster recovery, and IT governance. Experience coordinating vendors, technology projects, and system integrations. Pre-opening hotel or resort experience will be highly advantageous. Good command of both Thai and English.
