GENERAL MISSION Human Resources Assistant Manager - Manager level, this position will assist Group Assistant Director of Human Resource in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating Human Resources activities in each areas of recruitment strategy, salary benchmark, employee benefits, employee relations, and performance evaluation as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing company policies, procedures, rules & regulations and program for employee. RESPONSIBILITIES : Compensation & Benefits Design, implement, and manage compensation structures and benefits programs. Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to maintain competitiveness. Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage employee welfare programs, insurance, and other benefits. Labor Law Compliance Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Thai labor laws and regulations. Provide guidance to management on labor law issues, employee relations, and dispute resolution. Monitor legislative changes and update company policies accordingly. Represent the company in labor-related audits or inspections. HR Reporting & Analytics Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, compensation, Budget analysis). Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data to support management decisions. Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accuracy of employee records. Develop dashboards and KPIs to track HR performance. HR Strategy Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Partner with leadership to align workforce planning with organizational goals. Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance. Lead projects related to organizational development, succession planning, and talent management. Develop welfare package including new initiative of employee survey strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 -7 years of HR experience, with strong background in compensation & benefits, labor law, and HR reporting. Proven experience in HR strategy development and execution. Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, innovation thinking and leadership skills. Good at Microsoft Office Other business industries are welcome (not only hotel or hospitality)
