Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing IT projects in line with company goals and priorities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met. Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and status reports. Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and meeting minutes. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and escalate risks or issues when necessary. Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement related to IT projects. Provide post-implementation support, testing, and training as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in IT business analysis or a similar role. (entry-level candidates with internship experience may also be considered). Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana). Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of database concepts, APIs, and system integration is an asset.
